Return Policy

At Stars for Business Success all of our products are unique and produced only once ordered by our customer. Therefore, if you accidentally or even intentionally order the wrong size, color or simply change your mind, we do not accept returns and exchanges.   

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Stars for Business Success offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at contact@starsforbusinesssuccess.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Furthermore, Stars for Business Success is not responsible for undeliverables, wrong addresses. Please make certain you provide the correct address. If  the package is returned to us and re-delivery is necessary, you must pay for shipping charges in advance. If the package is not returned to us you must  pay for reordering the merchandise.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.  DTG products: Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is an apparel decorating method where graphics are inkjet printed directly onto pre-sewn fabric items.
